A. While our coats are not waterproof they are water resistant, meaning then can take on snow without soaking through but might soak through in a heavy downpour of rain.

A. Our coats fit true to size, however its ALWAYS recommended to measure your body and compare it to our size chart.

A. We typically see a lifespan of about 10 years on these coats, with some lasting longer. This all takes in to account the general wear and tear of each owner.

A. While we do not yet have kid's microfleece coats in all kid sizes we do have Husky sizes for those who are on the larger end of growing. We do have XTRA Warm Hoodies for kids that guarantee body heart technology down to 40 degrees Faren height for smaller kids. Wearing them under an old coat is an immediate upgrade to your child's wardrobe and a wonderful way to keep them warm.

Another eventful time may be a promoted event run by our page that has a clear start and end date that would produce a large amount of sales in a small amount of time. Since the customer has complete control over what size, color and design the choose on the site and each order is custom made to what they have selected, returns are not accepted nor will items be refunded solely on the basis of disliking the fit, color or design. We do not stock inventory, all products are made to order. Exchanges are considered if product arrives damaged but proof must be sent via email to here with the subject "DAMAGED ITEM" within 24 hours of delivery via the tracking number. We require a picture for proof of manufacturer or design error. We will respond to your email within 48 hours with an exchange. Again, we will not issues returns or exchanges for a product that does not fit as expected. Every brand fits a little different, if you have sizing questions please reach out before the sale so we can help you choose the right size for your body type. WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP YOU FIT YOUR BODY TYPE! And we know how to help you find what works so there is minimal stress in your shopping experience. We want you to have a happy shopping experience. Books: Since our books are sold through UsBorne, we follow their return policy as follows: "We accept exchanges or refunds for up to 30 days after your purchase. After the 30 days has expired, we only accept merchandise for ½ price replacement. Lifetime ½ Price Replacement Policy: Customers may return damaged or defective product to us, and we will replace it for ½ price plus a $6.00 handling fee for the lifetime of the customer. Even if the dog chews it up, we will replace it at half the cost plus shipping!"
