The Blue Chico Freedom Tee Summer Gas Card Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on June 1, 2026, and ends on August 31, 2026 ("Promotion Period").
By participating in this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are sixteen (16) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
Free Entry Method
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Participants may enter the Giveaway by completing the official entry form available at BlueChico.com.
Each completed entry form receives one (1) free entry into the Giveaway.
Bonus Entries Through Purchases
Participants who purchase an item from the Freedom Tee Collection during the Promotion Period will receive twenty-five (25) bonus entries for each qualifying purchase.
All entries, whether obtained through the free entry method or through qualifying purchases, are added to the same drawing pool.
Entry Accumulation
Entries accumulate throughout the Promotion Period and do not expire.
All entries earned remain active for all remaining monthly drawings.
For example, an entry submitted in June remains eligible for the June, July, and August drawings unless selected as a winner.
Monthly Prize
One (1) winner will be selected at random at the end of each month during the Promotion Period.
Each winner will receive:
One (1) $50 Gas Gift Card
A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded:
- June 2026 Winner
- July 2026 Winner
- August 2026 Winner
The specific gas station brand of the gift card may be selected by Blue Chico at its sole discretion.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received through the applicable drawing date.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
Facebook Follow Requirement
To claim a prize, the selected entrant must be actively following the Blue Chico Facebook page at the time of winner verification.
If a selected entrant is not following the Blue Chico Facebook page when verification occurs, the entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected through a new random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Winner Notification
Selected winners will be notified by text message using the phone number provided during entry.
Entrants are responsible for providing a valid and working mobile telephone number.
Selected winners must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of notification.
If a selected winner:
- Cannot be contacted,
- Provides an invalid phone number,
- Fails to respond within 24 hours,
- Is found to be ineligible, or
- Fails to comply with these Official Rules,
the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winner Announcement
Winners may be announced on the Blue Chico Facebook page and other Blue Chico social media channels.
By entering, participants grant Blue Chico permission to announce their first name, last initial, and state of residence as part of winner announcements.
Multiple Wins Allowed
There is no limit on the number of times a participant may win.
Previous winners remain eligible for future drawings during the Promotion Period.
The same individual may be selected more than once.
General Conditions
Blue Chico reserves the right to verify eligibility, investigate suspected fraud, disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, and modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its control affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the promotion.
Blue Chico's decisions regarding all matters related to the Giveaway are final.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Blue Chico, its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance and use of any prize.
Privacy
Information collected through the Giveaway entry form may be used for administration of the Giveaway, winner notification, marketing communications, and other purposes consistent with Blue Chico's privacy practices.
Facebook Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
Participants understand that they are providing information to Blue Chico and not to Facebook.
